Many parts of the Uk economy have benefited from EU citizens living and working in this country. Even with this influx of foreign labour, the transport industry has a shortfall of approximately 45,000 to 50,000 HGV drivers.

The UK has confirmed its decision to leave the EU although the government has not decided to fully establish the rights of these citizens eligibility, to stay and work on these shores.

With the ever growing amount of European nationals contracted into the transport sector their acceptability is urgently required.
